1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, registering, or using Fund Sahayi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. License Grant
Subject to these terms and a valid trial or approved license, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Fund Sahayi for its intended community fund management purpose.
3. Trial Period (15 days)
The application provides a 15-day trial beginning from first use. Continued licensed use after the trial requires registration and administrator approval.
4. Registration and Activation
You must provide accurate registration information and submit it through the application. Registration does not guarantee activation. A license becomes active only after administrator approval and successful verification by the app.
5. One License Per Device
A license is linked to the registered device. It must not be copied, shared, transferred, or assumed to work on another device without authorization from the licensing administrator.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate records, lawful use, access to the device, confidentiality of the MPIN, appropriate biometric security, and the actions of anyone permitted to use the application.
7. Backup Responsibility
Fund records are stored locally. You are responsible for making current backups, storing them safely, confirming that they remain accessible, and selecting the correct backup when restoring. Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, device loss or failure, and restoring an unsuitable backup may cause data loss.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the licensing service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, falsify registration details, bypass licensing controls, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or use the application for unlawful activity.
9. License Suspension or Deactivation
A license may be rejected, suspended, or deactivated when registration details are false, licensing controls are bypassed, the service is misused, these terms are materially violated, or an administrative correction is required. Contact support if you believe a status is incorrect.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fund Sahayi and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the application, device failure, loss of local data, user error, or failure to maintain usable backups. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to the Service
The application, licensing process, and these terms may be updated, corrected, restricted, or discontinued. Material terms changes will be reflected on this page. Availability of a current feature is not a promise that it will remain unchanged.
