Fund Sahayi includes a 15-day trial. To request activation:
Open the backup options in Settings, create a backup, and save or share the resulting backup file to a location you control.
When enabled by the current app workflow, automatic backups are retained locally. Periodically copy an important backup to another safe location.
Choose the intended Fund Sahayi backup file and review the confirmation carefully. Restoring replaces the current local app data with the contents of that backup.
If the MPIN is forgotten, recovery depends on the app version and available backup. An app reset or restoration from a suitable backup may be required. Contact support before removing app data.
Fund Sahayi provides reporting options including:
Check the selected date range and filters before exporting so the PDF contains the intended records.
Confirm internet access, wait a few minutes, and retry. Do not repeatedly submit the same request.
Approval is not automatic. Wait for the administrator, then use Refresh License Status.
Check connectivity, confirm this is the registered device, update the app if instructed, and retry.
Try another trusted network, disable airplane mode, and confirm the phone can open a website.
Check Downloads, Documents, the selected cloud provider, and any location used when the backup was shared.
Try the in-app preview, confirm storage space is available, or open the exported file with a current PDF reader.
Try the correct MPIN or configured biometric unlock. Avoid clearing app data; contact support if access cannot be restored.
Include the following information so the support team can investigate efficiently:
