Clear answers about trials, licensing, backups, security, and local records.
The Fund Sahayi trial lasts 15 days from first use. Complete registration before it expires so there is time for administrator approval.
Open Settings, choose Licensing, tap Register App, complete the organization and contact details, and submit. Registration remains pending until an administrator reviews it.
After you are told that approval is complete, open Settings and Licensing, then tap Refresh License Status. The app will show its activated state when the server confirms approval.
Do not assume so. Registration is linked to the device. Contact support before changing phones or reinstalling so the available migration or approval process can be confirmed.
The app will no longer treat the device as licensed after it receives a deactivated status. Contact support or the licensing administrator to understand why and whether a new approval is appropriate.
Open the backup options in Settings, create a manual backup, then save or share the backup file to a safe location that you can access later.
Yes. Restoring replaces the current local Fund Sahayi data with the data stored in the selected backup. Create a current backup first whenever possible.
Open the app security settings and choose the change-MPIN option. You will normally need to confirm the current MPIN before creating a new one.
Most day-to-day fund records are designed for local use and can be managed offline. Some operations, including license registration and status checks, require internet access.
The app must securely contact the licensing service to submit registration details and retrieve the current approval status for the device.
Fund records are stored locally by the app on the device. Keep current backups because uninstalling the app, clearing its data, device failure, or an incorrect restore can make local records unavailable.
