3. Why We Collect Information
We use registration information to identify the organization and registered device, process activation, verify license status, provide relevant support, protect the licensing service from misuse, and maintain an administrative record of license actions.
4. Local Data Storage
Financial records remain on the user's device. Day-to-day organization profiles, member records, collections, expenses, and related fund records are stored locally by the app and are not uploaded to the licensing platform as part of normal license registration or verification.
5. License Verification
The app sends the device and application identifiers needed to register the device and retrieve its license status. Internet access is required only for registration, license verification, and support functions; normal local record management is designed to work offline.
6. Backup and Restore
Backups are created through the app and saved or shared to a location selected or controlled by the user. Restoring a backup can replace current local data. Users remain responsible for safeguarding backups, keeping suitable copies, and selecting the correct file when restoring.
7. Data Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information handled by the licensing platform. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should keep their device, MPIN, biometric access, contact accounts, and backup locations secure.
8. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate registration details, restricting access to the app and device, protecting backup files, and contacting support promptly if unauthorized access or loss is suspected.
9. Third-Party Services
If a user chooses to share a backup, receipt, report, or support message through another app or storage provider, that service processes the information under its own privacy terms. Fund Sahayi does not control those third-party services.
10. Children's Privacy
Fund Sahayi is intended for organizations and the adults authorized to manage their funds. It is not directed to children, and the licensing platform does not knowingly collect registration information directly from children.
